Winding through Griggsville's Purple Martin Boulevard, the Magnificent Mile Parade is one of the showcase events of the Griggsville Apple Festival and a wonderful celebration of those in our area.
The parade route lines up at the Western Illinois Fairgrounds, and begins at Griggsville City Park. From there, entries turn on Highway 107, and continues up the boulevard, completing the route as entries stroll through the Apple Festival's main staging area at the town square. Featuring marching bands, community businesses, family floats, school organizations and more, the parade features the best and brightest of our area.
